You must include the receipt as proof of purchase and we must receive the goods back within 28 days of purchase. Please clearly state the reason for return. If an item is faulty we will of course refund/replace the item. Please contact the Mail Order department to register the faulty item. You will then be asked to return the item for inspection/testing.
