If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to have an item (s) refunded , the goods must be returned to us in a new and unused condition. You must include the receipt as proof of purchase and we must receive the goods back within 28 days of purchase. Please clearly state the reason for return. The refund will be processed by the original method of payment. Please enclose a contact telephone number as we may have to contact you for credit card information. We do not hold any payment information on our databases.
If an item is faulty we will of course refund/replace the item. Please contact the Mail Order department to register the faulty item. You will then be asked to return the item for inspection/testing. Please enclose a covering letter stating the fault. You will also need to enclose your proof of purchase.
